"Hi. This is not a forwarded msg. the following is just my opinion. Have you ever wondered why all the stories of love we get on the net always end with someone dying? You know the basic story. Boy meets girl. They fall in love. All is well in the world. You get that warm fuzzy feeling somewhere deep down inside just by reading about them. And when you reach this point in the story you know that it’s all too good to be true. Then suddenly one of them dies. Is that how humans value life and love? That someone has to die to make us realize how much they mean to us? Are we really that shallow and thoughtless that it takes all these stories of love and encouragement for us to express love to the ones we love?? Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for lovey-dovey stories. Heck, I am an avid supporter and Moulin Rouge is one of my favorite films. But I find it really sad that it takes loss to make us realize what we have in our lives. And that it takes forwarded mail for us to get the guts to tell those we care for that we love them. I mean, if we are brave enough to take a gun and shoot someone, why the big hoo-ha about the difficulty of saying that you love someone? We can knock someone down and laugh in their face and yet to the ones we love we can’t express our care. We tease and gossip and talk all the nonsense in the world and yet can’t even say something worth the effort of saying. We take and take and take and never give. What have we become? A loveless society? A society without friendship? A society that needs sites like Friendster so that people can write testimonials for others? Do we need an excuse to tell someone we love them? I hope not. That’s why I’m taking the time to write this mail to all of my friends and loved ones out there. Just to tell you I love you. Not because I might lose you someday. Not because I’m hoping that you will send this back to me. Just for the simple fact that I love you. Thanks for everything. I’m not going to threaten all of you by saying that if you don’t send this on to others you will have eternal bad luck. Or that if you send this to 10 people then you will get a kiss and if you send this on to 400 people you will have eternal happiness with your crush. Life is more than that. Love is more than that. I hope all of you who read this will just take the time to say “I love you” to the ones you love. Not because you might never get the chance. But just because you love them."

i love you too =)
