yesterday was no ordinary day...it was the mooncake festival! (as if other people don't know ) anyway, went to the cls thingy cos i was supoose to cover for that event. pulled cavi along with me cos i refused to go alone and i absolutely WILL NOT wear that YELLOW shirt! the cls thing was a bit of a bore and one thing i realise is that people tend to get a bit panicked when they knew that you're a journalist, even if you're just from something as insignificant as the yearbook. the journalist title alone really brings a lot of privileges

later at night, we went for a lantern walk; kalps, karen, cavi, shien sim and me. we had so many extra lanterns cos there were only 5 of us but thank god we have extras, we burnt a few by accident! met 3 foreign students who were damn curious about this lantern thingy. gave then our lanterns and one of them actually goes, "we actually get to carry this??" hahha....sounded as if it is a real honour to be carrying the lanterns (maybe he was thinking about the olympic torch ) another one dropped the lantern as soon as he started walking and throwing off the candle flame and he said "we must be really careful to carry this", came back all tired and sweaty...went to cavi's room to see how she hang her lantern. unfortunately, i mishandled her lanterned and burnt it! it was no minor burn...it was burnt right down to ashes! try checking out her room...there will still be a burnt-mark there if she hasn't mopped the floor left my key in her room, at first i thought shien sim forgot to return it to me but she didn't have it...got panicked, thinking that i might have dropped it somewhere...finally found it in cavi's room!

at least, yesterday was not boring. glad that i didn't join the cls lantern walk..that would be boring..
